Aout User

Please see the figure below.

1. An approval mail arrived at the registered e-mail address, but you can not login to AFIR.

When opening the approval mail, a link to the URL for changing the password setting is provided. Please set the password from that URL. Log in to the AFIR site.

2. I forgot the password I set. I want to reset.

1. Please press "Reset Password" button without inputting user name and password from "Login" of menu.
2. After entering the registered e-mail address, please push "send Email" button.
3. You will receive an e-mail with a link to the URL for changing your password to the e-mail address. Please reset the password from that URL. Login to the AFIR site.

3. When you registered a new user, you got a message saying "This Email address has been applied before." and can not register as a new user. 

You can not create multiple accounts with one email address. Please create an account with a different Email address.

 4. You got the rejected mail. So you can not regist as user.

You can not regist by using the rejected Email address. (If you got approved or deleted Email, you can reregister in this site.) 

5. You want to register as a new user.

· "Home" of the menu (it is located at the bottom of the screen)
· New user registration from "Register" screen
· Register button on "Login" screen in menu
Please register with one of these.

Please click "AFIR overview" in the menu. There is "AFIR overview" in "Manual".

Manual

1. Please tell me how to view the Manual.

The "Index of of the AFIR Manual" is displayed first in the manual term. You can see the list of manual pages from "Page List" with the upper right or left in the manunal pages to move to the next or back page.

Tutorial

1. You want to search keywords.

 After you enter the  one or multiple character strings, you want to search in "search string", you press the search button. Search characters are searched from the title and body, and the results are listed. If you want to show all of them, please press the reset button.

 2. I want to extract by category.

Click "tutorial" at the top right of the screen.
You can extract one at a time from the first hierarchy by hierarchy.
Please press "tutorial" when you want to display all items.

3. Please tell me how to use "tag list (you can select and extract tags)" at the bottom of the screen.

A list of the tags listed in each title of the tutorial is displayed. When a tag you want to search is pressed down, a title linked to the tag is displayed in a list. Please press the reset button when you want to display all items.

Forum

1. I want to ask a new question.

Please press the "new question" icon on the upper right of the screen and enter the question on the transition screen. (It is also possible to attach an attachment from 'Add file' at the bottom left of the screen) Please press the send button after entering.

2. I want to comment on the question.

Please press the "Add Comment" balloon at the top right of the target question and enter the comment on the transitioned screen. (It is also possible to attach an attachment from 'Add file' at the bottom left of the screen) Please press the send button after entering.

3. I want to display only the target question on the screen.

Please press the "To question page" icon on the upper right of the target question. Display target question and comment.

4. I want to search for a specific character string.

You enter the character string you want to search in "Character Search" at the top right of the screen and press the search button. ※ When searching, half-width and full-width are distinguished. Please press the reset button when you want to display all items.

5. I can not attach a file.

Please upload a file with a file name of 100 characters or less.

Mypage

 1. I want to modify registered contents at user registration.

Please correct the content you want to modify from My page and press the update button.

2. I want to change the language display on the screen.

Select the language you want to display either "Japanese" or "English (UK)" "language" at the bottom of the screen from My page and press the update button.
Or you can switch with the flag icon in the upper right of the screen.
Language display can be set for each user.

 3. I can not log in even though the user name and password are correct.

Please enter your e-mail address instead of nickname etc. for "UserName" when logging in.
